THE ONLINE #BAEWOLVESFITNESS PROGRAM 

My name is Sierra Amador and this was my transformation in just 2 months. I'm am a certified personal trainer earned by the National Personal Training Association. I created Believe And Evolve Wolves Fitness in the inspiration of multiple fitness trainers around the world. My fitness mission is to help motivate you to achieve your personal fitness goals. By training and guiding you through split routines that appropriate exercises, and fitness activities to meet your intended goal. The Flex Bae 12- week program workouts that I've come to put together are from learning p90x, BBG, and knowledge from my National Personal Training Association certification.

The #BAEWOLVESFITNESS Flex Bae 12-week program provides home based exercises that combine, HIIT/LISS, and free weight training. These techniques are considered more versatile, less expensive, and take up less space than your average at home.

 

My primary concern with your success is your health, wellness, and safety.  So, before you begin moving forward towards your goal there's a safety precaution form you should fill out called a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire or PAR-Q. If your PAR-Q scores were a majority of yes then you'll need an approval from a professional physician in order to start these workouts. (#BAEWOLVESFITNESS is not responsible for your injuries). Once approved from your professional physician assessment you'll be able to pursue your fitness journey and live the healthy lifestyle you desire with this successful weight loss program.

These FREE workouts mixed with your persistent dedication will allow you to reach your goals. This is your journey and you can go at your on pace. I recommend that you take a picture before your workouts and an after image. This will give you an idea of what you want to work on.
